On Monday, I was playing around with a SSS floral stamp set, stamping with water. I ink blended the DOx inks on the crumb cake, misted the flower with water, stamped on the blended background and then stamped again on plain crumb cake. So two backgrounds for the price of one! I thought this background would make a nice background for today's sketch and yesterday's teaparty for Anita's aunt and uncle, Frans and Maria. 50 years together! Quite the milestone. I love this vintage photo stamp of the loving couple; I bought it for a card for my ex husband...haven't used it much since. I keep it in my Valentine box, kept seeing it all Valentine season. I need to use it for my kids' anniversaries or Valentines. Finally this is for the ABC14 R challenge-repeat. I repeated the Nuvo drops.

This is a really nice card! Great way to get a few challenges taken care of. I love your background. I'll look for the one on Crumb cake to come up in a future card.

What a lovely anniversary card, Jean. I like that background, so pretty, and I like the frame element you used for the panel. Love the kiss stamp as an accent, fun!

Love the repeated florals for your technique work on the background. I just love all the wonderful things oxide inks will do.

That photo stamp is fantastic! I guess it is limited in what you could use it for, but it's definitely a keeper. I like your layout with the open frame, and your background looks pretty cool.
