I'm hosting this week's watercolor challenges. We will be viewing this video.
This is a style I find very difficult. You can show us how you interpret this style. Following her video completed the image. Did not make this into a card yet. Just added the sentiment with my photo editor. Really wish that it had more white space. TFL Hope you come and join us and add your take on the challenge.

The blues are beautiful and I really like the shape and blend of your flowers . . . like you I struggled to leave white space ( I think none on my piece) I always like your addition of spatters - something I STILL forget 8 months into these WC challenges . . .

I like the way your greens turned out in the bg, Linda, and the way the green melded with the blooms a little bit too. I find loose water coloring difficult. I've never done it that way, but I'm such a detailed person (in all that I do, not just card making), I know I would want to keep adding instead of letting the paint do its own thing~

This is so pretty! I love how you got some bleeding of the two colors! Mine dried so fast I couldn't get much of anything to bleed and blend! I love the BG! More white space would let your sentiment show up more but I love how there are some darker greens throughout!

So well done, Linda. This is a style that scares me a lot! Yours came out so pretty! Hugz
