This card covers three wonderful challenges! Use a speech bubble (Free for All F4A566), Texturize (MIX413), and Doors Pinterest Board (IC786). Here's what I did...
NEVER throw away a background you've created...what looks terrible, ruined, or downright sad in the present will amaze you on another day! Take my background...I thought it was ugly. And then take a stamp with presence, a glimmer of an idea, and you'll be so glad you didn't chuck it in the circular file!
The thought bubble was beefed up a little with Stampedous 'Mixed Metals' EP along the edges. I am so glad the Lord has got this.
The texture Polly asked us to bring is in the dimensional stars scattered about the background. You almost have to feel them with your finger as they are dark navy and just about disappear. I used embossing paste after I die cut them. The larger stars had various paints applied as a contrast.
Amy is hosting the Inspiration Challenge with a marvelous Pinterest Board of Doors. SO many wonderful doors, Amy! remember
Here's to a fresh year coming!

This card just makes me smile all over! Your "ugly" bg has become a real gem as the backdrop for an all knowing, all caring God. . . .Yes, Lord - Please fix this world!
