Another bird for Cathy's How Tweet It Is challenge.
The background is my first turkey, a fail from Jean's Monday challenge. Shhh, I didn't watch the video. I know she said we only needed to watch 6 minutes, and that's about the span of my patience, but I'm still short on time these days and I just launched in. So I didn't know that Jennifer had said that pearl inks and mixatives didn't work. I tried them both... the pearl ones were total rejects, but the gold mixative on this piece looked so pretty that I still wanted to use it. I added a grass border cut from one of my other marbled pieces, and then added the little turkey and the sentiment popped up on foam.
Added it to a white square embossed with pinewood planks, and then added a matting layer picking up on the turkey colours.

Darling turkey, Sabrina, and sweet sentiment. Your background is sooooo cool and the grass is perfect for Fall. FAB card. Even more impressive since you didn't watch the video. I watched it and more, so maybe one day I will try it instead of trying to fake it on a BAJ page - lol. Hugz

Cute card Sabrina and you made me smile about not watching the 6 minute video. I’m also impressed you came up with such a great card and didn’t finish watching the video. TFS. Happy day
