The background is something I made a few weeks ago using Matte Black Yupo and Distress Oxide Spray Inks along with a Dylusions white spray ink. I spooned out drops of the colors (rather than spraying) onto my craft mat and then pressed the black Yupo onto the mat. Then I lifted the Yupo off the mat looked at the coverage and pressed any blank areas onto the colors - one area at a time, until I liked how it looked.
I cut the Yupo panel in two - each piece 2 1/2" x 7" so I could make two cards. I cut the Yupo panel at angles then adhered it to a black card panel 2 1/2" x 7". I cut a white card base 8 1/4" x 7" folding it in half to make an 8 1/4" x 3 1/2" card.
I die cut the SNOW out of patterned paper and out of a piece of black fun foam and adhered them together to give the word some depth.
Congratulations Jane! Enjoy your week in the FS gallery!

Wow, Julia, that background is AMAZING. Very cool icy snow scene. Beautiful case. Hugz
