I combined 2 Distress inks to make a color similar to Pretty Peacock for this card- the very back is the 2 colors combines, next a watercolor 'drip' layer, then a shaving cream piece that had colors close to the challenge. I combined this challenge with the Teapot Tuesday challenge, where we are sending cards to Mia, and she loves many things, but especially shoes- and love great colors too- I added shimmer to the shoes- hope it brings a smile to her face!

Love the image and how you brought it to a life well lived with the distress-ish layers of various media. So much to enjoy on this card.

Shelly, Mia called me this week and she was soo thrilled with all the cards. She was crying when she talked about them because they meant so much to her. Thanks so much for being a part of this and making and sending this card. Her recovery is going to be long and hard and things like this help. Thanks and bunches of hugz
