Susie is our hostess this week for Teapot Tuesday - to find out why we are sending our cards to a cousin of sweet Carla, check out the challenge thread HERE.
A few challenges back, I think it was Jen included the twisted pop-up card in her list of suggestions, and it was already something I'd been wanting to revisit. I guess I left it too long, it took me ages just constructing this. I wanted it bright and cheery, so I picked orange and yellow card to use, and that left me with two hoarded Basic Grey Possibilities- Lime Rickey or Mellow, which is what I ended up using.
For the front, I added a Lawn Fawn grass border and the Reading Tree from Impression Obsession. I didn't use the tutorial for photo corners as I have a punch and not a lot of time (that improves starting after this week, thank goodness).
Inside, I personalised three of the panels: music (DieVersions music waterfall) and a flower (left from my babywipe TLC a while back) for LeAnna, a cat and a jigsaw puzzle (both dies from X-Cut) for Abby, and a bright blue car (set on a map page) for Aric - the car and the traffic light are both from TH's Cityscape set.
On the remaining panel I added a stamped sun and sending sunshine sentiment, and included a die-cut cloud in the bottom corner. I tucked the missing jigsaw piece in on the bottom panel. Fun to make, but I think I'd better make another one soon before I forget the mechanics again. Or else I'd better stick strictly to the tutorial dimensions instead of winging it a bit. The tutorial is HERE.

Your wonderful creation is sure to be greatly enjoyed and they will be in awe of the mechanism and the details you've added.

This is such a sweet card, Sabrina! Everyone loves receiving cards that are fun to open up over and over again. So cool that you have images for each of their likings too~
I see you have doubled your photo corners, now that's a neat idea in itself! Thank you for adding that sometimes you emboss them.

It's one of the fun folds that I actually find doable. Although it always does take me some time to sit and think about whether I really am gluing it in right. Love this! So perfect for the Andersons! I love the way you personalized it!
