I am so happy to be hosting this week's color challenge and chose some colors that are on the warm end of the spectrum, so whether you want something fall-like or tropical I hope you'll enjoy making these work: Flirty Flamingo + Terracotta Tile + Soft Suede. Dessert is anything round!
I have lots of favorite sketches that use circles and had planned to use one of them but when I saw these Layered circles cards I just had to try one out. While Cookies or coffee would have also worked with this sketch, chocolate won out because it fit the curves perfectly. I also like it the BEST!
The greeting is completed on the inside of the card which reads "You make everything better."
Though several others have done these, I used this card by Wendy Lee as a guide.
I added just a bit of Black Blends to darken the chocolate.
I layered the Soft Suede word chocolate with another cut from Early Espresso - because I like my chocolate dark.
I sure hope you can play along with us this week!

Everytime I see a card of your in the gallery, something goes onto my wish list. This week it's the embossing folder. I love what you did with the circles, and chocolate is always a winner!
