I put his nickname (Pop) on the front, cut out from a coppery metallic paper, 'popped up'. There is a second picture in the gallery of the tags, one sort of fallish with a Will Rogers quote, the other very simple with a Bear Bryant quote. I might tuck in one more little tag with another quote. I still remember him prowling the sidelines in his signature hat and coat; what a legend! Those old time coaches were so iconic, wearing their own clothes, no team logos on them, personalities plus. Much love to Nancy and her family.
This is also for the ABC challenge: T and Y, for today and tag and yesterday.

What a beauty and I love that you used quotes from his hero on the tags -- as well as Will Rogers (who can go wrong with Will Rogers). How neat that Nancy said this is a card he will look over again and again. Fabulous card.

Wow! This design is absolutely gorgeous! I love the tag with the uplifting sentiment tucked inside as well as the pretty metallic lettering! What a wonderful card for Pop!
