MIX392-avocado day (use green and a brown circle)
TLC806-no score modern grid (used gold metallic pencil)
I'm not a huge fan of avocado, although I do eat them and know they are good for you. But you need fresh tomatoes to go with them and this time of year, we are blessed with the best tomatoes money can buy. I used today's sketch and Monday's modern grid TLC. I didn't have an avocado stamp so used an artichoke instead. Both start with A, right? The sentiment was said by American writer Lewis Grizzard.

Lol...love it Jean. I also love Avocados. I learnt the other week that they are part of the pear family. I didn’t know that. I also like tomatoes. Great card and use of the sketch and grid design. TFS. Happy day

Love this, Jean. You are so lucky to have nice tomatoes. I used to grow them, but when we expect to be away for three weeks mid-summer, and have nobody to water them, it's wasted effort. But I totally agree with your sentiment. The grid background adds a great kitchen look to this. Been years since I had artichokes - yum!

Home grown tomatoes are the best! Yum! However, I also absolutely LOVE avocado. Food aside, lovely card and what a fun sentiment! I still want to try the TLC challenge, I like your results. Nicely done!

I love how you have combined the tile technique with the sketch. I can relate to the sentiment. There is nothing better than eating fresh home grown tomatoes.
