Linda, I think that this is my favorite of your floral artwork, and that's really saying something because I absolutely LOVE your artwork. I love this giant pink tulip!!! Such depth and texture have created such a realistic flower, and I am really taken with the petals at the edges, the coloring and such an interesting flower too.
You choose to mat in black here and that just makes your creation pop, such a wowser!!!
Thank you again for being so supportive especially of my hand-stitched cards. It means so much!!! I know that the hand-stitched cards are not the norm, and are not for everyone, so when I receive such an encouraging comment, it means more than I can express.
I listed some of your work in my CAS Favorites yesterday, just wanted you to know. I look forward to the other Favorites of the week being back in commission again, so that I can list all of my favorites there... I have always been such a major fan of your artwork, Linda, your work is at a completely different level of artistry than most others, it's just wonderful, yours is true art in every sense of the word. There are many very talented artists on SCS, and I appreciate each of them and all that I learn from them. But your work is one that stands out as being at the very top of what I see on SCS, and I value and I learn from seeing what you do as well as your descriptions, thank you so much, Linda!!!
