Beautiful rich colors Karen gave us today. You can find the challenge here: CC795 - A PARADE OF OLD MELODIES - 6/9/20 by Karen B Barber at Splitcoaststampers
Using a digi...printed and colored with reinkers close to the colors. It is a different format for me. The size is a square card. Looking through my dies this week, realized some have not seen light of day for awhile. Used the ribbon die and added the gray ribbon. There are score lines on the side by ribbon, it doesn't show up very well. This card is also going to be going to a sweet gal at the teapotters thread. You can find it here. Oh, Linda, what a stunning card and such exquisite watercoloring! I'm so excited about the new weekly watercoloring challenge. It's been something I've long wanted to work on, and I'm thrilled you are on the team (of course!). Thanks for the wonderful welcome back to SCS! I've missed you all and look forward to making a card one of these days! Hope you are well and staying safe! Hugs and love, sweet friend! xoxo

Linda, any card is made more special with a bible verse, and this verse is so encouraging, just what we all need, and I'm sure that the recipient will be blessed and uplifted with that verse alone. Using the silver ribbon that has been laced through the card is such an inspired idea, it gives some added texture but doesn't take away from the beauty of the focal element--such great detail to balance is so very evident.
Your flowers are so beautifully colored, and the font for the bible verse is truly lovely. I'm blown away by the beauty of your work, but then I'm a very big admirer of your artwork. Thank you for continuing to teach me through your art--you are extremely talented and it's a joy to see your work.
