Today's CAS challenge has really stretched me out of my comfort zone! Water coloring to me is very intimidating but thought I'd try it anyway. I started out small by die cutting the pieces of cake & candle and then applied color and shading. I used my ScorPal to score double lines across the top and centered my Washi tape in between. Thanks so much for looking and now I humbly bow to all you water color experts that make it look so easy!! :-)

I think you did a great job with the painting. I too am intimidated by watercolours and have only attempted backgrounds so far. Just ordered a set of paints though as I’d like to try and master it! Love the scoring and the washi tape - great addition

Looks as if you fit right into watercoloring to me. Great job on that cake. And, your Washi tape looks so pretty used between those score lines.
