I found inspiration in both the Turkey feather left in my yard(below card) and the verse, and knew I needed to make it up. There is a subtle bird stenciled in the back of the feather. Trying to copy a turkey feather was more challenging than I thought it would be. Needed to change the shape of the feather pattern that I did have so did a bit of cutting on it to make it more turkey like. The card is fairly neutral colored but, it seemed to fit. Hope this card brings comfort.

I love the way you painted the feather to match the real one. I don't find turkey feathers in my yard, but do sometimes find hawk feathers. You found just the perfect verse as well.

OMG! Faved! You did an amazing job copying that turkey feather and paired it with a beautiful sentiment! I hadn't noticed the stenciled bird in the background but what a fabulous addition to this awesome design. Love love love!
This is beautiful! I am glad you called our attention to the subtle background stamping, it's beautiful! What a gorgeous scripture. I have been reading the Psalms daily and thinking on these scriptures that mention God is our rescuer!
