Sketch Challenge - I am your hostess this week with a layout that could be CAS, dressed up or anything in between. I look forward to seeing what you create!
When I saw this stamp set in my collection, I wanted to use it. It reminded me of years ago when we had our first home how I would walk to the mailbox with my little dog and also thankful thoughts of friends with whom I would correspond through the mail, which now has expanded to include email & texts.
I felt like creating with a patriotic look for something different this time of year. The largest scrap I had left of my retired Brilliant Blue DSP was not quite wide enough, so I layered it on long-retired Real Red DSP scrap. Added a button & twine for embellishment.
Thanks for looking!

Sweet mailbox scene, Diane. I love the Patriotic colors (I used brilliant blue today also). Great looking card using this sketch. Who doesn't like getting snail mail~

What a delightful card this is Diane. This has a wonderful retro feel to it that evokes those wonderful memories we all cherish in our hearts! I love the Patriotic colors you chose too! Hugs! ~Karen.
