This is for Robin's fun Free for All challenge, inspired by Francie - positive thinking sentiment.
This ginourmous acrylic stamp didn't fit in my MISTI....but that's ok, I have scissors! I cut the stamp just above the top of her hair. I stamped the long part of the image first, then removed it from MISTI, moved the cardstock down so the bottom poked out of MISTI and then I placed the top half of the stamp put in place. I hope that mames sense.
The backgrounds are from my stash. The blue one is alcohol inks on TH gloss A4 card, it's not as glossy as I thought, but I quite like the look.
The pink card is acrylic paint, scrapped over cardstock using a credit card. The circle stenciling is a result of cleaning the stencil after using on a different card. Simply place the dirty stencil on the card and wipe a baby wipe over the stencil.
I find I get the best ink coverage on mixed media backgrounds by using different inks (without cleaning the stamp). I start with Ranger Archival, followed by Memento Luxe and finished off with a couple inkings using TH Distress ink.
Thank you for looking and I hope you make today amazing!

Amazing cards, Susie. Thanks for the great idea about using large images in the misti. Both your backgrounds are fabulous, and that image just pops right out at you. Terrific creations.
