This looks like Lydia's Still Stencil Technique and is really wonderful. Great idea to layer them together with a border separation. Perfect fishy focal point, so cute!

Angie, I love your take on your inspiration fringe...what a marvelous background you've created with watercolor powders and stencil...LOVE, love your color combinations. Your little fishies really bring to mind the feel of a watery background. Added to my FAVs!
