For my card, I stamped the jar, then the village and masked it so I could stamp my tree. I colored those images. Then, I watercolored all around it in blue. When dry, added a bank of snow with the snow writer and next I splattered snow (Dr. Ph. Martin's-see above). In the end, I swiped some white paint on the church and in the sky to make it look like a real snow storm. Colored the jar lid with Copics and added twine.
Sentiment was added....finished.
My card is entered into the August Gallery Theme.. The central theme is: Contain Yourself. One idea was to use a jar, vase, bowl, box, etc.

What a stunning card this is Brenda. I adore this stone church you placed inside this jar. This is so much prettier than the inspiration hand painted jar you showed (even though it is lovely). I love how you painted this and the sentiment you chose here too. ~Karen.
