This card was so much fun - I'm typically not in to rainbows, but but do I love it with this splash stencil - so gorgeous! Once I had the entire panel done, I die cut the hello; then proceeded to cute hello again from red, orange, yellow, green, blue and a violet color card stock and layered them behind the rainbow hello. Rather than allow the center of the "h, e, l, and o" to be recessed, I popped them up too.
I then sprayed the panel with shimmer mist and flicked on some white and black paint. I finished it off with an embossed banner.
TFL!

Love the splash stencil and all the beautiful colors you used! The hello is magnificent to showcase the bg and so pretty raised with the stack of rainbow color cs.
