Happy Monday. I made this for a couple of challenges. Yesterday's featured stamper FS651, Jeanne Streiff, Jeanne S. She has the most amazing gallery. Here is one of the cards that inspired me Foost Down
and it is also for todays CAS challenge - Water works.
I created the background by spritzing my acrylic block with water. I added drops in three different rows - barely banana, groovy guava and really rust. I spread the ink around with my aqua painter. I had created a mask and placed it over the water colour paper. I placed the acrylic block over the mask and pressed the inks into the water colour paper. Once dry, I stamped on my image and sentiment. Matted with black, sewed around the edges. Added the pearls and popped it up over the mustard base card.
I hope you are enjoying your time in the spotlight Jeanne.
Hugs..Pat

Your card is striking. I love this color combo and your mix of it takes it to another level entirely. I love your description of how you achieved this look. One part I don’t understand is creating and placing a mask over the watercolor paper then placing the block over that. I’m not sure how to pm on this site, so I just put it here in case you look ;) Bravo on this card. TFS
