I made this card for this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge. Jen is our hostess and she has a wonderful challenge for us called, "The Need to Read." The reading part of this card is not obvious. When I was young, I used to love taking a good book and hiding in a wildflower garden we had and escaping into another world with my book and the flowers all around me. The flowers are one stamp that I stamped and colored with copic markers. The banner is die cut from black, then heat embossed the sentiment on top with white embossing powder. I am also entering this card into this week's Alphabet Challenge for the letter T for the tall flowers on this card. I felt like Bob Ross (the painter) making this happy card. Thanks for looking today! ~Karen.

What a gorgeous card with all those bright colors! I especially love the polka dots. Hiding in a garden to read sounds lovely. Wish the weather and mosquitoes would cooperate where I live.

Seems like I have this stamp, so this is also going into my faves, I love how you used this card, the sentiment goes perfectly with the flowers!!
