I love the colours Stef has chosen this week - Night of Navy, Lemon Lime Twist & I have substituted Bashful Blue for Balmy Blue. I have also opted for the dessert option of creating a masculine card. It is quite a cold, wintry day here today so will enjoy seeing all the beachy cards in the gallery but couldn't get my head around creating a beach scene! I have opted for colour blocking instead.
I stamped the crazy bird, coloured with copics, die cut. For his hat I swiped the navy inkpad onto white c/s, die cut, and then added the white spots using a gel pen. Typed and printed out the sentiment and die cut.
I felt the card needed something else. I am not confident at doodling on my cards as some other crafters so, instead, added the 2 arrows.
TFL!

Sue, I cannot thank you enough for making this wonderful card and posting it. I needed some humor and this made me laugh right out loud, and know I will be chuckling about this for the next couple of days too. You took this week's colors and ran with it when you made this absolutely delightful card! ~Karen.

All rugged up for the winter weather right down to his hat. Could do with that here today. Doesn’t know whether to be cloudy or sunny. Love the sentiment - so funny.
