I stamped the cabin and colored it, the lights, and the water. Then, I started sponging the rest of the card with my make up brushes (love them). I think I used 9 out of the 10. The last thing was to add stars in the sky with my Gelly Roll pen.

I just adore the cards you make with this image Brenda! Your northern lights are fabulous here. The one time I tried to do northern lights it looked like a forest fire and I ended up making a card of ...yes...a forest fire! I would love to spend a week in that little cabin gazing at the stars!

Love your beautiful scene - that sky is so wonderfully blended. Interested about the makeup brushes - tried some a friend had at our craft group today. Despite planning to not spend (knee ops aren't cheap!) I bought some on ebay this evening!
