Mary picked some beautiful colors this week. Perfect for Easter too! When I purchased this die I had originally thought that I would create a background that would show through the cut out areas. But for this challenge I simply cut the bunny three times - one from each color cardstock that I had attached to Sizzix self stick backing. Although it die cut the image all the pieces were stuck to the backing. Then I cut the white bunny and glued that to another piece of white cardstock. After that it was sort of like a simple puzzle. I just picked up a piece of the bunny from the colored cardstock and put it in the appropriate hole in the white bunny. It went much faster than I had thought and was quite easy!

How fun is this mosaic! You did a great job piecing this all together - from a patience AND design perspective. The gingham background pairs perfectly with all the stitching. Looks like a quilt. Lovely!

Oh, I was so tempted to buy that bunny die and now seeing your card, wish I had, because your card turned out so sweet! Brilliant to inlay the challenge colors and back this with the pretty gingham. Love this darling Easter card Jeanne!
