I made this card for this week's Featured Stamper who is Sharon Madsen. Congratulations Sharon! You have a wonderful gallery that I perused a few times before deciding on this beauty: CC665 DD8ABC18 R for Reindeer sm by smadson at Splitcoaststampers. I have had this very same deer die for years and have never once cut it out so today was the day. I loved the color combination of Sharon's card, even though I switched it up a bit. The background is an embossing folder that I inked up with Wild Wasabi ink, then ran it through the die cutting machine. The wreath is very small so I cut it and slipped it around the deer's neck and glued it in the back. I am also entering this card into this week's Alphabet challenge for the letter C for crystal snowflake and because it is a Christmas card (which is also the double challenge). Sharon, congratulations again and enjoy your well-deserved week in the spotlight. I had so much fun making this card and now I have made another Christmas card for next year- yay! Thanks for looking today. ~Karen.

Karen, this is a lovely case of Sharon's card. I have that deer and that EF and need to dig them out after seeing this lovely Christmas card. Great idea inking up the ef on the green paper. Very pretty! Hugz
