Well, the color challenge gallery is chock full of gorgeous floral creations and I wanted in, so I started with a Concord & 9th turnabout flower stamp set and as I was getting to the leaves after stamping the flowers I made an error getting green ink on the flowers. But, more importantly, I had an epiphany when the flowers and leaves really looked like lemons and limes to me. So, I ditched the flowers and went citrus, the flowers are on the back of this white panel. This was my first time inking this set, I feel like the limes were easier to layer. And, I goofed again with the ink, so one of the lemon slices isn't quite ripe, haha, and I tried to hide most of it with the sentiment. Lastly, I added some wink of stella to the slices.

Julie, this is a great sketch for those super images. This is refreshing and happy and makes me want some lemonade or lemon pie. Wonderfully done. Hugz

Those citrus slices look so juicy! I just want to drop them in my gin and tonic right now. ...and can you transport me to a tropical climate to enjoy my drink in too? Lovely card!
