I had a ton of ideas for it. As I was thinking about the term organic architecture and buildings that fit their environment, it occured to me that the Sydney Opera House was probably a good example - so I pulled out this set which I certainly hadn't been thinking of using.
The background is DOX on glossy photo paper, with some of it scratched off on the sea. I used weathered wood and pine needles for the sea part, and the top is a mix of wild honey, abandoned coral, mustard seed and wilted violet.
After stamping the cityscape I sponged the clock with spiced marmalade and then rubbed microglaze over it. Then I stencilled some of a map into the sky area. Added the sentiment and a little compass rose stamped first in black and then in gold.

My goodness Sabrina, this is one stunning card. The colors are glorious and I can only imagine you crafting away on this. I would have no idea where to begin at all and using all the inks you did; well, suffice it to say I would have a muddy mess and you have glorious colors. The opera house and bridge in this stamped scene are gorgeous and so is the water. I really love the clock on here too. I am impressed beyond words with this glorious card! ~Karen.

This is wonderful. I just love the combination of colours you have used to make the background. The stencilled map background is just the right thing for this scenic card.
