Today's MIX challenge highlights faces. I went with a vintage stamp that features seven faces. I made my background by first swiping on 4 different colors of acrylic paint using an old gift card. I also added some swipes of gesso using the edge of the card. When this was dry, I stenciled DO inks on top of the acrylic. The kids were colored with copics and twinkling H2Os. I popped them up and used a white pen to outline them so they would show off more.

Super looking bg - I still do paint swiping periodically but never thought to stencil over it . . . .it adds great motion and I like how you've framed your children with the purple swirls.
