Congratulations to our Featured Stamper, Hawaiian! I spent a long time walking through your gallery. Lots of interesting and inspiring cards. I loved all your fairies, but in the end it was a snarky 'Art Impressions' model that I couldn't resist!
I kept a similar main image and layout. I changed my model, asked a question in my sentiment, and added said beach!
This wonderful 'A Stamp in the Hand' beach with palm trees was stamped onto a mixed media paper I had created with the Brushos'. I embossed it with clear EP and then continued to develop the colors of the watercolor powders. It was then cut free. The stamp actually has two palm trees on the left side of the stamp...I needed to do some creating pruning of one of the branches. I also made my beach black. The black sand beaches of the big island are stunning as our sis Vicki knows.
I've had this fun Verses sentiment for a very long time. It cracked me up years ago and today is the day my bathing beauty is asking...just where are our cabana boys!!!! She was fussy cut and colored with Copics. I paper pieced her swim suit from the BG 'Hey Girl'. I added Stickles 'Diamond' for her huge ring, earrings, and baubble bracelet.
The main panel was cut with deckle scissors to mimic the old photos.
Enjoy all the cards made in your honor, Hawaiian! I have been the receiptant of your kind comments, you are a builder of our community and I appreciate the gift of your time! Okay, sis Vicki...I am going to have to check my calendar...I think a visit is in order!!!

The richness of your creation is simply, or rather complexly, STELLAR! Color, layout, scene, perspective, quote, and focal queen are all show stoppers. And I must say that I am always thrilled to see the staples.

I was holding it all together until I read Sandie's comment. On my gosh, what a hoot...that comment and your fabulous card. Vicki is a gem and you have done her proud Susan.
