For today's Free 4 All Challenge, Jeanne S. asked to see borders on cards. I masked the main panel on this card with masking tape and colored around the edges with a B000 Copic marker to create a border.
I colored the snowman in a manner to give the appearance that it is in motion. Look closely at the string of lights and the flying bird for this effect. Hopefully, it can be seen.
