Stacy, you selected an awesome site from which to draw inspiration! I selected this image for my inspiration.
With VersaMark Ink, I stamped the Mondo Sakura floral image onto a piece of watercolor paper, covered it with white embossing powder, and heat set it. The wall painting includes colors of gray, pink, and white. I used two pink distress inks to sponge over the entire panel of watercolor paper. With a water brush and water, I removed much of the ink from the image until I got a light pink color. Next, I used pink Copics to outline the image and a gray Copic on various places of the image.
To finish the card, I splattered water onto the panel and added the sentiment and sequins.
