I was drawn to the combo of the colors of the ombre lense and the gold in this image here. This is also for one of the challenges from DTGD.
Stamped, embossed (in gold) and watercolored (with zigs) my flowers and leaves. Added some extra shading to the center of the flowers with copics. Gold embossed the sentiment, splattered panel with Heidi Swapp gold color shine, and then die cut a thin frame using my frame dies. Then I also cut the same thin frame from gold cs, and put that in place of the white one as I assembled all on my card front. Love the difference that frame makes. Sparkly sequins for bling of course!

WOW, Maura, I have never embossed an image in gold...it is absolutely stunning. Adding the gold Matt was such a great des in choice. Things have been hectic and I have not been in the gallery much these past weeks. It was a delight to see this gorgeous creation.

The coloring you did on these gold-embossed peonies is fantastic! The fact that you combined two coloring modalities really adds to the detail too, wonderful! I am beyond impressed!!! Your coloring on your leaves is just exceptional!!! This is going into my favorites, so that I can look at your peonies again and again, wow!!!
