For this week's TLC which you will be able to find HERE.
I made this for one of my nieces. The scale is a tiny bit off between the dresses and the card, but I don't think she'll mind too much. I'm never sure to what extent scanning a stamped image and enlarging it is a copyright infringement, so except when I use digital images, I don't do it. It kind of made me think of The Silver Chair in the Narnia series ;-).
I used white card for the base, making it a half inch taller than the tutorial. The wallpaper is BG Blush. I wanted to do the glitter window, but I don't have any clear glitter so I had to use light blue - and it works fairly well; you can even see the cat reflected. The cat was a RAK, I sponged it black and gave it white paws. Also on the dressing table I added a vase of flowers, a little bead necklace (seed beads on wire), and a little dish made with the outer ring of a button die layered up on a punched circle and coated with glossy accents. I added two Unity dresses. The dress form, the flowers and the cat are all on extra pop-up elements (narrow strips of card/heavy acetate scored and folded), so that the whole card will fold flat for mailing. I wanted the dress form to stand forward a bit while the blue dress is hanging from the card.
Both dresses (and the flowers) were stamped on thin watercolour paper, coloured with Inktense pencils. I used a little circle punch to create the knobs on the false drawers.

Oh my goodness, I am just in awe of this special card! Every detail is perfect, most especially cat and it's reflection! Outstanding work - a card to be treasured for sure.
