I went out my comfort zone on this one. When I saw the picture I thought of the Watercolor Tissue Technique. But did a little different. Wrapped crinkled tissue around white cardstock.
Sprinkled yellow Brusho on tissue, mist with water. Dried with heat tool.
Stamped flower and stem then mist with water again. Stamped sentiment, added bow and heart. TFL
Edit: Just realize the technique I used is called Faux Silk, not Watercolor Tissue.

You're a lot braver than I am. I considered stamping on tissue, but just couldn't bring myself to try it. I luv your flower - perfect water color result.
