A sympathy card for a former pastor's family. He was a huge blessing in our lives. A very caring, gentle man.
Couldn't get a decent photo outside on this rainy day so this is as good as it gets. The rain is welcome though - there have been huge grass fires in the area all week. The smaller photos on the right show the inside and back panels of this card.
I've always loved these two retired SU sets. Stamped the Just Believe image in Versafine Black and heat embossed it for my silhouette panel --> WT688.
I use the little stamp from the ODBD set Hand Stamped Mini on 90% of the cards I make. I've had it so long it was originally wood-mounted.
The only thing purchased in recent memory was the Memento Cardstock pack - really fun paper to use to get a watercoloured look when a quick card is needed. Everything else has been in my stash for years --> USEIT2018.
Thanks for stopping by. :-)

What a beautiful card, inside and out, back and front. I always think that floral silhouettes are great for sympathy cards. What amazing paper, it does look just like watercolour.
Your photos are perfect to show your talents, Heather. This is such a lovely card. I love the silhouette and soft colores background. Thank you for visiting my gallery and leaving a comment.

Heather, I'm so sorry about your pastor's passing, and I am sure he was a great blessing to many. I know this card was loved, and it's beautiful inside and out! I love this Verve stamp set, and did you know that Verve is closing at the end of June? Be sure to hop over and check out Julee's huge closeout sale! So sad, but it's for a good reason -- her family! Hugs and love, sweet friend, and I look forward to seeing you get back into your stamp room! xoxo
