For Cathy's silhouette challenge, my silhouettes are gold, sparkly mermaids that I cut out with my ScanNCut. My sister asked me to make a wedding shower card for her friend that loves mermaids and sparkle. I started with a stenciled alcohol ink background and then hand-lettered a fun sentiment onto some Lawn Fawn DP. It was a pretty fun and easy card to make. I really hope my sister and her friend like it!

Love your sparkly mermaids, your lovely, lovely hand-lettered (I'm envious) on your alcohol inked background...a GREAT card!
P.S. You have enabled me to get my Brother Scan & Cut II....my Mom's Day present my husband told me to buy. I got it through HSN for a great price with the online activation card and universal pen holder included. I must admit I haven't tried it yet...no spare time to play yet!
