This is for Lisa's wonderful challenge to use patterned paper that has been in our stash for a while. It is a card made of only patterned paper with a sentiment in gold (but looks black). I have had this paper for at least ten years, and this is the first time I used it.
Lisa, thank you for a fantastic challenge!

Gorgeous birthday card, Bev. Your DP is lovely and how creative to cut out some of the delicate blossoms to adorn your sentiment panel. You really are talented with design to create a most pleasing card.

Exquisite! I love Anna Griffin (and have lots of her paper I need to use)! I thought it looked beautiful with the black sentiment but thinking of it as gold, even better!!!

Wow, Bev, this card is stunning. I just watched Anna on HSN this week and I love all her beautiful vintage papers and embellishments. I'm serious when I say that your card is much prettier than any I saw her display. You have mastered her style perfectly, while keeping your card simple, stylish and elegant.

Pretty paper! Oldie but goodie! The way you popped up and layered the flowers really gives them depth! The satin ribbon is so perfect with these flowers and I'll bet the gold sentiment is really gorgeous (it does look dark) with this!
