On a separate piece of cs I stamped and colored (w/ copics) the hedgie and balloon. Stamped one sentiment on the balloon. Fussy cut them out (not as hard as it seems, you don't need perfection and sponging the edges with black helps it to look more "finished".)
On a separate panel slightly smaller than my cs, I adhered the 2 kinds of pp and a thin embossed strip of white cs as shown. Die cut my circle from this panel and also on another piece of white cs. On the circle from white cs I sponged a bg with DI while it was still in the die (love that look). I then splattered that pink with water, blotted, and added some white dots with a gel pen. Stamped the random sentiments on this circle and then adhered this to the main card front.
Popped up the panel with the pp on dimensionals, and did the same with the hedgie and balloon. Added a floss bow to the balloon and some punched hearts across the bottom.
I have done a series of cards with this stamp set and have had such fun. If you are interested, the others are here, here, and here.

Your image is beautifully colored and I sure can't see any flaws in your fussy cutting - These are some super dp's you have brought together - and that just makes this whole card cotton - candy sweet!!

Love your hedgie series, they are all so fun! The pink sponging and radiating sentiments in the die cut circle section on this card is a perfect background for your cute hedgie floating by with his ballon. Adorable card!
