I stamped a layer with bone stamps (MFP) & versa mark inks, die cut the frame (SSS), stamped dog (AI), words (mfp) & cut frame (SSS). I used drywall tape to lay some Oxide inks for an open look & popped that with foam tape. Colored dog with Copics and added some Winsor Newton Iridescent Medium on the dog tag for shimmer. I'm putting this into both the CAS and Tech challenges today. TFL

Oh, I love this. Super design. And the tape effect is great. I always seem to smudge when I try stencilling through drywall tape - perhaps doing it this way us the answer!

Oh my gosh, this is the cutest doggie, ever!! The layout and the design details you added lift this card into the Clean & Simply Wonderful category....and that iridescent medium on the tag is the perfect finishing touch! As I said, wonderfu! Nicely done. TFS

CAS but still interesting to look at. The Versamark ink made a great background while not making it too busy! Great design and getting in the tape stamped colors worked well too.
