Sweet Brenda (Benzi) chose a wonderful site for today's inspiration challenge. Her site, Replacements, LTD., is one I am quite familiar with as this is the site I visit to replace a piece of my dinnerware when I break one.
Thus, I knew right away what I would select for my inspiration; a piece of my dinnerware. This Royal Doulton Carmina plate is one sample of the dinnerware.
I decided to go CAS on this card; therefore, I found online a digital image of lemons that I purchased, printed on cardstock, and colored with copics. I drew a blue-line frame around the lemons to represent the blue in the design of the plate.
Thank you for stopping by to view my card and leaving a comment!

Hello, Bev !
Just wanted to thank you for visiting my gallery and leaving a welcoming comment to my first photo !
I love you coloring in the card so much. I always struggle with yellow colors when I use copic markers, and you came out with beautiful lemon-yellow colors here. Amazing ! Love the sentiment. The design is terrific as well. Thanks for inspiration : )

Oh, Bev, this is beautiful, and I love your Royal Daulton pattern. Your lemons are beautifully colored (and I've scrolled up numerous times to look at how realistic your coloring is -- the lemons looks so real), and I do love the blue line and such a great, elegant layout! And I especially love the the sentiment! We all need to remember that one! Hugs and love, my special and precious sister! You are a joy! xoxo
