Carla asked us to Hug an Austrialian. I chose to follow Elisabeth Whisson's tutorial here on coloring hair. Obviously I still need much practice & I don't think this was 'enough' hair to try. I don't have many 'big hair' images. I colored using TN1,2,4,8;TB1-4; IG1-4 & DG2. Then I sponged on the grass & sky. I will definitely try again ... and again! Thanks for a great tutorial Elizabeth. For the sentiment, I used MFT hi there, masking off the 'there'!

I love the way you kept it so simple, the coloring and the sentiment. I feel like that living on an island, waving at friends and family across the ocean :')

Oh, how very clever! I never thought of using this image without the stars. I think your colouring looks great the hair, and the cat too. Sorry your plans had to change but glad it gave you a chance to add this to the WTUI gallery.
