The featured stamper for this week is "SuzyS1104", Suzy. Congratulations, Suzy! You have a wonderful gallery from which to choose a card to CASE! Enjoy your time in the spotlight!
When I saw this card featuring the fantastic SU Loads of Love stamp set, I knew it would be the one I CASED. I love that stamp set and it will be in my stash forever!
I recently purchased this Whimsy Stamps classic truck image stamp and thought it would be a good stamp to use to CASE Suzy's truck image.
I used Copic Sketch Markers to color the truck image blue, like Suzy's blue truck. After finishing, I decided I wanted to cut a frame from the image. Thus, I used a frame die from the Whimsy Stamps Shaker Maker Rectangle Die Set to die cut a frame. I added layers of foam tape to the frame and added it and the remainder of the image onto a piece of brown cardstock. I attached that to a marina mist card base.
Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!

What a relaxing scene you've created. I looked around for my hubby. He drives a blue truck and likes to fish so I just knew I was going to find him hiding from his chores on the other side of the truck. Lol great scene card.

Amazing!!! Your coloring is so realistic. Brings me way back to the day when my mom had to have that ol' truck (only in red). She didn't fish but DH says kuddos for adding the fishing elements. Love your framing.
Wow!! The precious memories of my gma and grandpa. When we lived off the ocean and the so wee hours we would go to market from a boat and that was a party through the evening then we would do it all over again in the we morning. Mahalo for the wonderful memories sis Bev and more so it your so perfection of coloring that made it so nostalgic.

I know this card already has a frame, but it needs another one so you can hang it on the wall, Bev! Gorgeous summertime fishing scene...love the old timey truck~
