I am excited (and honored) to be joining the Color Challenge team this month as a guest designer! This week's colors had me stumped until I saw this adorable stuffed rabbit in a set that I am trying to decide whether to keep it or not. I love this bunny for making baby cards. I colored her up (yes, these are girlish colors with the Flirty Flamingo bow), and as usual got stuck with a layout. I looked through my MFT Blueprints dies and found one of the layouts that worked for this card. It was fun to color (my favorite part of making a card), and I tried to make her look a little soft and cuddly. I used one of my favorite embossing folders, and white embossed the sentiment from a retired Flourishes LLC set. The rest is just putting it together.
This week's dessert is "Anything Goes." My dessert is that I white embossed the sentiment! I cannot remember having done that in years! I also believe I was a little "piggy" with dessert and used pointillism for my bunny's fur! ;)
Hope you join us for this week's color challenge, and thanks for taking a closer look at my card. Hope you are having a wonderful week! Hugs, all!

That bunny is the cutest! Keep the set! I love your shading and how you made her look so fuzzy and sweet. Your embossing folder is such a beautiful background for your layout. Your card is featured on SCS Instagram today! Beautiful, Cheryl!

My goodness Cheryl, isn't this just so adorable. I love the sweet bunny image and cannot believe you would consider nixing this from your collection ... she/he will haunt you my friend. Your colouring as usual is spot on with the faded pointillism making her fur so realistic. Love this!

Perfect image for this darling baby card.....this is one of my all time favorite bunny stamps. You made it come to life with the coloring and dimension of the soft cloth look. One wants to cuddle this cute bunny. Glad to see you are a guest designer this month. TFS

Well, I'm sure making this card brought you as much joy as it did those that viewed it. Your coloring is the best Cheryl!! The pointellism and how you have grounded the bunny really create a realistic look. Congratulations on being a designer for this month - it will be a treat to see your cards. :>)
