This card is layer upon layer upon layer. I started with white cardstock. I used markers to ink spray smash. I used the colors for the challenge. I did that 3 times letting it dry in between. I stamped and masked the flowers and stamped more flowers. I stamped the music notes, chicken wire and two silhouetted dragonflies. I then used acrylic paint to paint the flowers and leaves. For the yellow and white flowers I did more than just paint. I mixed the paint with Aleene's tacky glue and painted the flowers. Then I took my heat gun and purposely overheated the glue and made it bubble. It gave them a really cool texture. You can see it better on the close up I shared. I drew raindrops with a black ink pen and pencil. I added white drops and curve with white acrylic paint. I took a toothbrush and the white paint and splattered the background. I stamped the dragonfly and watercolored him and fussy cut him out. I put glue on his body and tip of tail an tips of wings. I used the handle of a paintbrush to make the wings and his body curve and make him 3-d. I added diamond glitter to his wings. I added two different types of purple glitter to the flowers. I took a black marker and a ruler and framed the background. I put two strips of border punched white cardstock behind the panel. I then made it into an easel card. I used the dessert of pearls as the stopper for the easel. Thanks for taking a look. Thank you color combo hostesses. Comments are always appreciated. Have a blessed day.

I called it blessings because I was thinking about the Laura Story song called blessings. Part of the lyrics say..."What if your blessings come through raindrops, what if your healing comes through tears..."
This is soooo pretty! I appreciate the detail in your description - a lot of work, for sure! The colour composition is stunning and I especially love your title inspiration: "What if your blessings come through raindrops..."; very beautiful.
