I started off with the idea of creating a gray background for my white and possibly blue die cuts. I smacked the Memento ink on a craft mat, sprinkled with black Brushos then tapped Bristol paper in the watery ink. I tried two different versions and didn't care for either background so I smacked Broken China Distress Oxide ink on the mat and spritzed it with water then tapped one of the gray backgrounds in the bright blue ink. I am happy with how it turned out. The Brusho powder adds interest to the blue background with powder speckles! Since the background is blue instead of gray, I added just white die cuts and framed the background in gray to mimic the photo.
The sentiment is from MFP which sadly has closed its doors.
We hope you will join us for the IC challenge!

The colors of the mural are so beautiful together! I love the framing, and the bird outside of it!! This is a stunner! Hope you are better.
