Why does my photo always upload before I am finished? What key am I hitting? So frustrating! LOL
OK, Alpha Sister Ann inspired me to make snow and bg with my finger! I don't know what she used, but should have asked! I used matte gel and glitter to make snow with my finger. And used water and oxide inks for bg with my finger! LOL Well, it didn't turn out like hers, but here it is.
I used my Misti to stamp these trees from River City Rubberworks. I first stamped whole thing in moss, then inked the stamp with the soft suede. And finally even used my Soft Suede marker to ink up the stamp for the bare branched tree. This was so easy because the cs stays still in the Misti and the stamp stayed positioned. So I could stamp it over and over again until it looked like I wanted it to look.
So this is for the Misti Monday Challenge, Inas S2S challenge to use blues and Happy, for the F4A Challenge to make a scene, and for the Misability challenge to drizzle something. (the matte gel & glitter). Also , almost forgot, for the Alpha Challenge for W for watercolor.
Thanks for looking. And Happy New Year!

Sharon, this card is gorgeous with the snowy and icy scene!! You did a great job using your finger to make the snow and ice! I have no clue how to do that!! I, too, find it frustrating when I'm in the middle of creating an upload and somehow it uploads itself. I suspect we're accidentally hitting a wrong key!

This looks incredible Sharon. Wow! Isn't the MISTI a wonderful tool? And you sure made a wonderful scene with your MISTI and your finger. Fun! I love this icy, snowy mountain scene you created with the trees all nestled at the bottom. ~Karen.

I think your snow is fantastic! It goes so well with the watercolor style. Fab job on your card and thank you for sharing in the Mix-Ability challenge!

Wonderful scene. Beautiful sparkle. Cool sky. Love that you were so free and artsy with the mediums. Well done for letter W and the other challenges! TFS
