Karen gave us pretty spring colors. This is my second try at making a card. Started to watercolor using these colors....just couldn't make them work. No matter how many layers of the pinks, couldn't get a dark enough contrast for the image. Tried again using this stamp set, added flirty flamingo for the contrast. Stamped the bg with the dictionary stamp masking the oval section. Then stamped the image, added some hand cut leaves and twine. TFL

You are can work wonders with any color scheme, Linda. This has such a soft, dreamy look with the blended white around the novel. Very nice layout with the over off to the side and the ovals embosding.
