This is for Sabrina's fun challenge, to try a new tutorial. At first glance this looks like many of my other cards, but not so.
Usually I colour with Prismacolour pencils first, then add a few Copic highlights. This time I did the proper technique and coloured with Copics first and then I added pencil. Copics don't blend all that well on copy paper, but the purpose of this technique is just to lay down a Copic base coat. The pencils work beautifully over the Copics.
Even the sky is done with a Copic marker....it used to be a vibrant blue, but after one too many misuses, it's now a washed out powder blue.
I swished a walnut stain distress ink blending tool over everything and was more heavy handed in the left hand corner.
Thank you for looking, I hope you are having a happy, inky week.

You did WONDERFULLY on this SWEET IMAGE, Susie! ;) I am thinking of venturing into the area of people now... I ALMOST picked up a girl stamp yesterday at the store, but her dress wasn't as full as your girls & I put it back. Can't do as much with two legs, as a full skirt! LOL See you're INSPIRING ME!!! ;)
