This is for Loll's second day of the 12 tags of Christmas. These are so much fun to do!
The background was done with Infusions after masking the moon. I avoided using the powders on the lower half of the tag. I stamped music randomly over the backgrounds. I've had this Tim Holtz lamp post for years and never used it. After die cutting it I cut off the lights on the sides of it then sponged in white to give it a bit of a frosty look. I used a bit of watercolor to bring clouds in over the moon. I die cut the holly and punched the Martha Stewart pines sprigs topping it off with small, red nail heads for berries. It's not quite visible but the background has 2 stamped flourishes on it and embossed in clear to represent wind. I added a bit more color to the edges by sponging.

Nancy, what an incredible work of art this tag is - I am speechless. Your attention to detail is mind-blowing and truly stretches what I view as possible (which is great!). This is truly one of the most gorgeous Christmas tags I have ever laid eyes one. ~Karen.

Great combination of elements - love the frosty look (and I can see the flourish stamps for the wind). Beautiful winter sky with the splattered snow. Great addition of the music.

Beautiful. The infusion look definitely rocks! I love the falling snow on your card, not so much in real life. I never bought the lamppost die but have regretted that decision from time to time. Today is one of those days, seeing this beautiful tag with it shining light and sheet music gracing its sides makes me want to play Christmas music.
