This is for Cathy's awesome Sketch Challenge. Among my Thanksgiving stamps and papers, this image caught my eye for the center piece and I went from there. I used the colors from the patterns and applied markers directly on the stamp to make the impression. The stamp was designed for some areas to purposely not taking up any ink so that the impression will have a worn or distressed appearance. I applied some glass bead glitter gel to the corn kernels to give them a bumpy texture and a touch of sparkle. Very cool, but difficult to capture in the photo. The paper is heavy & textured. Using the different patterns reminds me of a quilt. This layout would be a good one to use scraps. I hope you can use the sketch sometime soon. TFL
